Tube Guides
Tube Guides are designed for easy installation of tubes that are required to pass through tube sheets and baffle plate holes. The use of a Tube Guide prevents tube end damage during assembly. The tube guides are made of an aluminum tapered pilot with a replaceable nylon brush that easily fits in the end of tubes. The nylon bristles hold the guide firmly inside the tube while cleaning the inside of the tube prior to expanding. Tube guides are easily removed from the tube end by a slight twist while pulling out of the tube end.
